데이터 삭제 요청 안내 (Petsona)

1. 계정과 데이터 처리 방식

펫소나(Petsona)는 계정(회원가입)이 없는 앱입니다. 사람화 변환에 사용되는 사진은 변환 시에만 일시적으로 처리되며, 처리 후 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.

2. 서버에 보관되는 데이터

서버에 보관되는 데이터는 기기 식별자(임의 생성 ID) 기반 사용량 카운트가 전부이며, 변환 결과는 전달을 위한 단기 캐시(15분 후 자동 삭제)로만 잠시 보관됩니다.

3. 삭제 요청 방법

서버에 보관된 사용량 기록의 삭제를 원하시면 twysg@likelion.org 로 기기 정보(기기 모델, 앱 내 식별자 등 확인 가능한 정보)와 함께 이메일을 보내주세요. 요청은 7일 이내 처리됩니다.

4. 기기 내 데이터

사진·반려동물 정보·생성된 페르소나 등 기기 내 모든 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 즉시 제거됩니다.

English. Petsona has no user accounts. Photos used for conversion are processed transiently and never stored on our servers; the only server-side data is a device-identifier-based usage counter (plus a short-lived conversion-result cache, auto-deleted after 15 minutes). To request deletion of your usage record, email twysg@likelion.org with your device information — requests are handled within 7 days. Deleting the app immediately removes all on-device data (photos and personas).
